- What is Clab Assistant and who is it for?
- Clab Assistant is a pattern-making software for the fashion industry that allows you to generate patterns quickly and accurately, based on the desired measurements. It’s designed for pattern makers, brands, design studios, and fashion companies who want to reduce development time and get reliable block patterns ready for customization.
- What are the main differences between the plans?
- Each plan is designed to meet different needs: Starter is ideal for individuals who want to start using Clab Assistant with a limited number of generations. Pro includes more patterns, anatomical sets, and AI suggestions. Business offers greater capacity, including Tech Pack and advanced tools like the Grading Pack. Enterprise is a fully tailored solution for large organizations that require unlimited access and custom configurations.
- What are pattern generations, Clab AI suggestions, and pattern projects?
- Pattern generations refer to the number of times you can generate a new DXF file based on a specific set of measurements or style features. Clab AI suggestions are fit and measurement recommendations generated by our AI. They're especially helpful when you don’t have exact measurements — just select an anatomical set and describe your preferences, and Clab Assistant will suggest the most suitable size set. Pattern projects are the individual projects you create in your account. Each one stores its own pattern settings, measurement values, and configurations. You can create multiple projects to manage different styles, collections, brands or clients.
- How does the free trial period (“Start a free trial”) work?
- Each plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, the subscription is automatically canceled at no cost. To activate and keep the plan after the trial, you’ll need to add a payment method and a valid VAT ID.
- Can I switch between plans at any time? How?
- You can upgrade your plan at any time—the change is immediate and new limits are applied right away. Downgrades can only happen at the end of the billing period: simply disable auto-renewal and, once the current plan expires, you can activate a lower-tier plan.
- What happens if I exceed the pattern generation or AI suggestion limits of my plan?
- If you hit your current limit, you have two options: upgrade your plan immediately for instant access to higher limits, or wait until the monthly counters reset at the end of the billing cycle.
- What are the “Tech Pack” and “Grading Pack”?
- The Tech Pack lets you export all pattern measurements in both PDF and Excel (.xlsx) formats, ready to integrate into your PLM or internal systems. The Grading Pack allows you to apply size grading to your patterns. You can use Clab Assistant’s built-in grading rules or define your own custom grading logic.
- What type of support is included in each plan?
- Email support is included in all plans. Enterprise users also benefit from phone support if needed, ensuring better assistance for structured teams.
- How is billing handled and how can I cancel my subscription?
- Billing is monthly. At each renewal, an invoice is automatically generated and available for download in the Invoices section of your account. You can cancel your subscription anytime by disabling auto-renewal: access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you choose to delete your account, the closure is immediate and all content will be lost—no refunds are issued for unused time.
- Can I add other users to my account?
- All current plans are individual and tied to a single user. Only the Enterprise plan offers multi-user management with shared access to the same workspace—ideal for teams or corporate departments.
- Are my data and projects safe on Clab Assistant?
- Yes. We use the latest cloud technologies to ensure maximum data security and protection. All content is stored in protected environments and accessible only by the account owner.
- Can the Enterprise plan be customized based on specific needs?
- Absolutely. The Enterprise plan is fully customizable: we can tailor features, access levels, and workflows to fit your company’s requirements.
- What payment methods are accepted?
